A series of webinars on service delivery and digital government to support governments in strengthening their capacities in key areas identified through SIGMA assessments.
Across six sessions planned throughout 2026 and 2027, the series will explore practical ways to address current challenges and innovative approaches to boost value creation in public services, while sharing strategic, forward‑looking insights on emerging developments at EU and OECD level.
The series brings together experiences from EU member states, EU candidate countries, and potential candidates, guided by the SIGMA Principles of Public Administration. It focuses on critical aspects of service delivery and digital government where capacity gaps persist, while responding to rapid technological change, evolving user expectations, and growing demands for efficiency, accessibility, and resilience.
Building on SIGMA’s previous webinar series on citizen‑centric public services, this new edition will showcase concrete examples, promote peer learning, and facilitate exchange among practitioners and decision makers.
