SIGMA is organising this webinar to share experiences and lessons on reuse and scale-up approaches in public services across the EU candidate countries and potential candidates. The panel will examine how reusing and scaling up in public services can accelerate service improvements, reduce costs and dependencies, and promote coherence and collaboration across government.
The discussion will trace the transition from isolated pilots to the systematic reuse of modular public service elements, drawing on experiences of cross-sectoral and cross-border exchange and collaboration. The role of open standards, common building blocks and support for scaling up to reduce deployment risks will be highlighted, building on European Commission and OECD expertise and guidance.
