Effective governance and co-ordination are essential foundations for modern public service delivery and digital transformation. This SIGMA webinar brings together representatives from EU member countries, EU enlargement administrations, the European Commission and the OECD to exchange experiences and lessons on how governments organise, govern and co‑ordinate public services within and across institutions.
The discussion will focus on whole‑of‑government approaches, co-ordination instruments and accountability frameworks that help overcome fragmentation, reduce duplication and ensure consistency in service delivery.
