SIGMA and GIZ, in close collaboration with EIPA, organised a two-day training session in Yerevan to further lay the foundations of a sustainable quality management approach in the country. After the initial piloting of the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) in 2024 the journey continued, by
upscaling the implementation of the CAF in the Civil Service Office (CSO) and
anchoring the quality management approach by building a quality management roadmap.
