Seminar on Quality Management in the Public Sector, Zagreb, Croatia
The main purpose of this Seminar is to give an overview of key issues and an outline approaches commonly used in quality management in EU Member Countries.  It is also the kick-off session to launch a training programme on quality management for central and local government units and organisations in Croatia. There will be high-level participation from Secretary Generals, Assistant Ministers as well as stakeholders from the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Harmonisation Unit, the State Audit Office, etc.
