In close collaboration with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, and the High School of Public Administration, SIGMA delivered a two-day training session for Ukrainian civil servants on the Principles of Public Administration and its supporting Methodological Framework, aiming to equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to contribute to the development of Ukraine’s new Public Administration Reform Strategy and Public Financial Management Strategy.
This event focused on the areas of strategy and policy development and co-ordination, and marked the first of five modules designed to deepen understanding of the Principles and help civil servants identify key challenges in shaping Ukraine’s policy framework for the period up to 2030.
