Assessments

SIGMA's annual assessments are prepared at the request of the European Commission (EC) and review the progress made by EU candidate countries and potential candidates in a number of areas of public administration reform (PAR). These assessments feed into the EC's annual Progress Reports and to its programming of technical assistance. They also provide countries with data and analyses to inform their own reform activities.
