The OECD and the World Bank have joined forces to work more closely on innovation, as this issue is a crucial factor in the success of development policy. A joint conference based on the partnership was held on 18-19 November 2008 in Paris. Many people participated as moderators and speakers (right), including the OECD Secretary-General.
