Experts and government officials will be addressing such challenges at a meeting in Rome organised by the OECD, the World Bank, and the UN’s International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) on 12-13 November 2007.

The main objective of the Workshop, held in Washington D.C., 19-21 March 2007, was to get a good idea as to which indicators and elements in the agri-environmental policy inventory are valued and used by policy makers, and to chart out a practical way forward to implement in a concrete way this work area in the OECD so that it is relevant to Member countries.
