This workshop took place in Pristina 26-27 June 2008. It was co-organised by Sigma and the Ministry of Public Services of Kosovo on the theme of “Building a Professional Civil Service in Kosovo”. Its main objective was to discuss civil service principles, systems and management in order to support the preparation of a new draft law on civil service in line with EU standards and adapted to the needs and conditions of Kosovo.
