The Department of the Civil Service under the Ministry of the Interior asked Sigma to participate in a working meeting on salary reform, which took place on 14 December 2006. Sigma's participation consisted mainly in: 1) delivering presentations on various EU Member States salary systems for civil servants; and 2) taking part in the discussions on a salary reform strategy between the various institutions invited such as the Government Office, Parliament Administration, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Social Security and Labour.
