Sigma works with The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (fYR Macedonia) within the EU's overall policy framework for the Western Balkans, the Stabilisation and Association Process (SAP). The EU opened accession negotiations with fYR Macedonia in December 2005.

Assessment Reports
Sigma prepares annual assessment reports at the request of the European Commission and as a contribution to its annual Progress Reports on EU candidate and potential candidate countries. The reports also provide countries with inputs to their reform activities. They are available here.
