In the framework of a comprehensive peer assistance in the areas of public procurement and concessions/public private partnerships brought to the Turkish government in order to support Turkey’s accession process to the European Union, Sigma, has jointly organised three seminars with the Ministry of Finance. These seminars brought together experts from the EU member States in the field of public procurement and concessions/public private partnership, representatives of DG Internal Market, and a large number of high officials from the Turkish government.
