OECD area unit labour costs decelerate in second quarter of 2008

12/11/2008 - All of the major seven OECD economies, except the United States, recorded flat or lower growth in unit labour costs in industry in the second quarter of 2008. The United States saw a small increase in quarterly growth to 0.3 percent in the second quarter 2008 from 0.2 percent in the first, while France maintained a 0.3 percent growth rate in 2008. etc.

 

The next publication date of the OECD System of quarterly unit labour cost indexes will be on 13 February 2009.
