The Sigma Programme, a joint initiative of the EU and the OECD principally financed by the EU, in June 2008 extended its support to the Occupied Palestinian Territory in the framework of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). Activities in the Occupied Palestinian Territory will be undertaken in accordance with this country's specific needs and priorities.
