Sigma works with Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244/99) within the EU's overall policy framework for the Western Balkans, the Stabilisation and Association Process (SAP), which came into force in November 2000.

Assessments Reports
Sigma prepares annual assessment reports at the request of the European Commission and as a contribution to its annual Progress Reports on EU candidate and potential candidate countries. The reports also provide countries with inputs to their reform activities. Assessment reports produced for Kosovo (under UNSCR 1244/99) are available here.
