This seminar on "Public Administration Reform and European Integration" was jointly organised by the Turkish Prime Ministry and Sigma, and was held in Ankara on 1-2 February 2005.

Its main objective was to stimulate the debate on the needs and goals for reforming the administration, raise awareness on the principles governing the European Administrative Space and the implications for the Administration of EU membership.
