Workshop on Reforming the Civil Service in Georgia -- Tbilisi 10-11 November 2009

This 2-day seminar brings together parliamentarians and policy-makers (1st day), as well as top managers and human resources managers in ministries and state agencies (2nd day).

Its main purpose is to discuss the main elements and challenges encountered to build civil service professionalism in EU and OECD countries and the extent to which the experience of these countries may be useful for addressing the current situation and challenges in reforming the Georgian state civil service.
