This seminar organised by Sigma on "Quality Management in the Public Sector" was held in Vilnius on 27-28 March 2006. It is inscribed within the broader framework of the public administration reform programme 2005-2006 approved by the Government in March 2005 and it is aimed at an initial dissemination of and awareness raising on certain quality management tools such as CAF, ISO 9000, EFQM, Quality Awards, Citizens' Charters, Governance Excellence Model, and others.
