This regional workshop, on the theme of Concessions/Public-Private Partnerships, was co-organised by the Albanian Ministry of Economy, Trade and Energy and Sigma. Held in Tirana on 11-12 December 2007, it brought together Senior Officials from the CARDS Region. Its main objective was to focus on reform needs in the concessions/PPPs sectors, with particular reference to the Stabilisation & Association process (SAp) and EU harmonisation.
