Seminar on Challenges in Reforming the Civil Service in Armenia -- Aghveran 12-14 June 2009

This seminar brings together a selected group of policy makers and human resources managers. Its main objective is to assess the current situation and challenges in the Republic of Armenia civil service system. It attempts to identify areas for reform, priorities and direction by stimulating the discussion on the main elements and challenges aiming to build civil service professionalism in EU and OECD countries.
