The main objective of this conference, co-organised by the Public Procurement Regulatory Commission of Kosovo, Public Procurement Agency of Kosovo and Sigma, was to discuss reform needs in public procurement processes in the Western Balkans region, with special focus this year on institutional capacity building and procurement in the utilities sector. The conference targeted senior officials to allow them to share experiences and up-to-date trends with colleagues and international experts in the field of public procurement.
