In June 2008, Sigma extended its support to Ukraine in the framework of the EU's European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI).

Publications & Documents
Assessment Reports
Sigma prepares annual assessment reports at the request of the European Commission and as a contribution to its annual Progress Reports on EU candidate and potential candidate countries. The reports also provide countries with inputs to their reform activities. The assessment reports produced for Ukraine are available here.
