The Sigma Programme, a joint initiative of the EU and the OECD principally financed by the EU, in June 2008 extended its support to Ukraine in the framework of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI). Activities in Ukraine will be undertaken in accordance with this country's specific needs and priorities.
Sigma Activities in Ukraine
Ukraine, as an EU Neighbour, relies on Sigma assistance in priority areas, such as financial control, civil service and public procurement, and in various activities.
